New Tenants and Owners must complete and return the "REQUIRED" Resident Information form. New Tenants must also provide a copy of their lease agreement. Access will NOT be provided until these forms are received.

Before you move in:
Your 1st step before moving in: Set up a Concierge Plus account.
Your 2nd step: Read the attached Welcome Package.
Your 3rd step: Read the Condo Rules.
Your 4th step: Book the moving elevator prior to the move-in date
Move in using the moving elevator, accessing it via the loading dock, not through the front entrance & lobby
Your 5th step is to register your pets (if any) and bicycles (if any).
After you move in

Pets needs a tag; email this account:

Bicycles needs a tag and are not allowed in the elevators or the stairwells; enter the building via the garage door and store the bikes in the P1 or P2 designated bike rooms. Lock your bike.
Guest Parking: for guests of residents only, not for residents. Register vehicles at https://www.carletonparking.com.
Garbage Chutes: No pizza boxes or large items, they will block the automated chute.
Composting: Go to main floor refuse room (green bins) not the garbage chutes
Bottle Return Program: Go to main floor Move-in room and use Blue Recycle Bins.
